Self-advocacy is a powerful tool that allows individuals to navigate the complex landscape of higher education and the workplace. It hinges on self-awareness, knowledge of one's rights, and effective communication skills. At the University of Arizona's SALT Center, we are committed to empowering individuals with learning and attention challenges to become self-advocates, ensuring they receive the support they need for success.

In support of our mission, the ABLE Clinic offers community members an array of evaluations designed to promote their journey towards self-awareness, highlighting strengths and support needs that foster lifelong self-advocacy.

After an ABLE Clinic evaluation, clients receive a comprehensive report which highlights their strengths and weaknesses and includes personalized treatment recommendations and interventions which they can share with their school or workplace to help arrange appropriate accommodations, modifications, and/or additional support services.

Free and reduced cost services are available to those who qualify. Please contact us directly to get a personalized estimate.
