SALT Center Enrollment Event

(This event is only for new students who have been offered admission into the SALT Center and their families.)

Virtual enrollment event details

• The SALT Center Enrollment Event will be a ‘virtual live’ event, meaning that the session will be presented to you in real time. Check your registration email for event times.
• You will be emailed a link to a Zoom Meeting Registration form to RSVP for the date you previously selected in your UA Next Steps Center. Both the student and at least one parent/supporter are required to attend and both must RSVP separately. The link to access the virtual enrollment event will be emailed to you upon completion of this form.
• Students and Parent/Supporter(s) will need to login to the session separately, so you will need at least two devices to attend. 
• Upon completion of the session, an email will be sent asking for an additional form to be completed. Receipt of this form will indicate full completion of the session.
